Adelina Garcia

Adelina Garcia is Treasurer of the Allegra International Fellowship Board of Directors.  Prior to her involvement with Allegra, she served in a variety of direct-service and systems-level roles in the field of education and workforce development, which have focused on improving economic advancement for youth and adults from low-income families.  She now pursues two passions in parallel: on the systems side, building strong talent pipelines for employers, and on the direct-service side, empowering individuals to reach their goals through transformational life coaching. Adelina is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where her life was touched and transformed by the grace and power of God. She enjoys putting her gifts of leadership, administration, facilitation, peacemaking, and hospitality to use in a variety of spaces.
