Pastor Elaine is the president and founder of Allegra Ministries. She has served in church settings for over 25 years, and became ordained in 2001. She has also worked on behalf of the persecuted church. Elaine has over 30 years of experience in education, primarily biblical education, including the co-founding of Shekinah Bible College. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Ministerial Studies, M.A. in Spiritual Formation, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. She currently holds certificates in Spiritual Direction, Trauma Informed Services, Temperament Therapy, Addiction Recovery, and Biblical Counseling.
Kendall and Elaine have a passion for gardening and biking, and delight in ballroom dancing. Spending time with her grandson, Rome, is one of Elaine’s greatest joys.
